I’m not suggesting you try to sell everything to everyone. Doing so is irrational, unethical, illegal, and certainly immoral. Rather, you should look at your sales interactions with clients as a chance to improve the pet’s care, as well as the bottom line of your business. Viewing selling as a positive interaction where all parties win is the goal.
