ROS-autocatalytic nanoplatform interfering astrocyte-cancer crosstalk and enhancing glioblastoma therapy

Here this group reports a polymeric nanoplatform co-loading S-Gboxin and Galunisertib targeting GBM mitochondria and mitochondrial transfer in astrocyte-cancer cell crosstalk, thereby enhancing GBM therapeutic efficacy.
