Vaccination remains a key public health measure; however, vaccine hesitancy continues to challenge vaccination programmes worldwide. This study examined vaccination acceptance among school-aged youth and its association with age, gender, and place of residence. A quantitative cross-sectional study was conducted using an anonymous online questionnaire completed by 190 respondents. Vaccination acceptance was assessed across five dimensions: awareness, attitudes, trust in institutions, environmental influence, and personal experience. No significant gender differences were identified in any dimension of vaccination acceptance (all p > 0.05). Age was significantly associated with all investigated dimensions (all p < 0.001), indicating substantial age-related differences in vaccination awareness, attitudes, trust, environmental influence, and personal experience. The strongest environmental influence was observed among the youngest respondents. Place of residence was significantly associated only with vaccination awareness (p = 0.002), with urban respondents reporting higher perceived levels of vaccination-related knowledge than rural respondents. The findings highlight the importance of age in vaccination acceptance and support the need for age-appropriate health education interventions.
