The Guide to Pharmacology have been collaborating with AntibioticDB (https://www.antibioticdb.com; ADB) since 2019, with the aim of extending the coverage of antibacterial compounds in GtoPdb and providing comprehensive chemistry and pharmacology for selected antibacterials curated with ADB.
