Construction of quaternary stereocenters via Ru-catalyzed asymmetric ring-closing metathesis

Herein, the authors report ARCM to produce chiral heterocyclic compounds with quaternary stereocenters, by synthesizing stereogenic-at-Ru catalysts via controllable C–H activation.
