Kupffer cell calibration of T cell responses via VSIG4–CD5 interaction promotes tumor evasion

Here, the authors identify a direct binding interaction between VSIG4 and T cell CD5 that can calibrate CD8+ T cell responses to liver metastasis. They also design an anti-VSIG4 nanobody to enhance immune checkpoint blockade treatment of mice.
