Database Release 2025.2

Version 2025.2 of the IUPHAR/BPS Guide to Pharmacology database was released on 18th June 2025, our second release of the year. This blog post gives details of the key content updates and website changes. GtoPdb now contains:
- 3,103 human targets, 1,767 of which have curated quantitative ligand interactions.
- 13,254 ligands, 9,568 of which have curated quantitative target interactions.
- 2,119 approved drugs, 1,190 with curated quantitative interactions.
