Direct Asymmetric α-C Conjugate Addition of Aminomethylphosphonate Enabled by Carbonyl/Iminium Double Organoactivation

Here, the authors present a direct enantioselective α-C conjugate addition of NH2-unprotected aminomethylphosphonate to α,β-unsaturated ketones using an organo-organo double activation strategy.
