Nature Immunology, Published online: 02 June 2026; doi:10.1038/s41590-026-02533-3 Our results show that the transcription factor RFX7 acts as a tumor suppressor in mouse models of B cell lymphoma. RFX7 limits the activity of MYC, a key regulator of B cell activation and lymphomagenesis. We also demonstrate that alterations of RFX7 found in lymphomas can substantially affect its transcriptional activity and patient prognosis.
