A potassium-based single-atom catalyst enables acute lung injury immunotherapy in mice by inhibiting macrophage pyroptosis

Here the authors propose a macrophage targeting potassium containing catalytic particle which reduces ALI through scavenging reactive oxygen species, downregulation of gasdermin D and inhibition of macrophage pyroptosis.
