Conventional image analysis loses vital structural information from orientation signatures within Fourier phase, easily disrupted by cellular rotation. Quantum Phase Bicoherence (QPBC) spectroscopy now overcomes this limitation, consistently resolving angular order and discriminating biological phenotypes across diverse imaging datasets. This new framework includes a built-in self-check via inherent inversion symmetry, delivering a quantitative texture observable previously unattainable by classical methods.
