Abstract
Exosomes, released from diverse cells as nanoscale lipid bilayer vesicles, mediate intercellular communication and participate in various physiological and pathological processes. Thereinto, tumor-derived exosomes (T-EXOs) with molecular cargoes of parent tumor cells act as attractive biomarkers for tumor liquid biopsy.
