Pixelated electrically driven Sb 2 Se 3 phase-change metasurfaces

Here, the authors develop a monolithically integrated Sb2Se3 phase-change metasurface composed of a 6 × 6 pixel array, enabling high-speed and broadband control over the phase and amplitude of light.
