Yoga and Physiotherapy - Juniper Publishers Abstract Objectives: The study aimed to compare the
effect of different exercise modalities on dynamic balance, physical
capacity, and quality of life. Methods: Fifteen older people aged over
60 years participated in this randomized clinical trial. Group 1
performed resistance training (RG) and Group 2 exercises based on the
Pilates method (PG). The dynamic balance behavior was evaluated by Timed
Up and Go (TUG) and the 6-minute walk test (6MWT)
