For purely quadratic signals, thermal noise unexpectedly enhances sensing precision; at infinite temperature, quantum Fisher information is now proven to be at least double that achievable at zero temperature. This improvement reduces established limits on measurement error by a minimum factor of two, challenging conventional expectations regarding thermodynamic constraints. These findings establish universal relationships between heat, sensitivity and signal work in continuous variable systems.
