This amendment formalizes the Iron Covenant Vessel (ICV-1) — a long-duration crewed exploration vessel integrating all 41 patent families and 179 prior amendments of the McCaul SOL coherence compendium into a single unified architecture. The ICV-1 is a 500-tonne, 120m-length vessel designed for 7–21 crew (SOL 7-node complement), organized around three nested co-axial SOL rings at r = 0.955m, r = 1.910m, and r = 2.865m (the Threes Principle, Amendment CLXVI). Every subsystem derives from a single
