Like when an atoms forms, the positive charge is condensed in nucleus and when the electron is approaching towards the positive charge than how it gains, the tension velocity to occupy and orbit because when negative charge goes towards or maybe you can say attracted towards the positive charge, then how against congenial velocity means what special makes an atom
