This paper examines the intuitive discomfort many sensitive individuals feel when encountering “selfish” or exploitative people. Within Load Minimization Theory (LMT), this sensation is formalized as Load Dumping — the act of transferring one’s unprocessed internal load (U + F + E) onto others.
