Virtualware will pay 5 million euros plus an earnout for Manchester's Virtalis, which reported 4 million euros of revenue and 1.3 million euros of EBITDA on 19 staff. The UK cleared the deal under the National Security and Investment Act, which says more about the asset than the price does.
