This paper proposes a philosophical framework for analyzing the arrow of time within the Key-Value-Information-Model framework. The concept of time is split into two levels: time marking rules at the value level, which are core natural rules determining causality within a framework; and time sequences at the key level, which are records produced by observers marking causal change sequences according to those rules. Space is understood as a relational structure necessarily arising from material evolution, differentiated into configurational structure and interstitial structure. The paper further develops a cyclic structure 0→1→-1→0 as a convergence constraint, distinguishes centralized convergence from discrete annihilation as two forms of regression, and introduces spacetime packet collapse releasing logical potential. On this basis, the paper constructs a concurrent emergence network model of high-dimensional spacetime topology, explains why observers typically experience a single arrow of time through framework locking, and positions parallel universes and mirror universes as realizations of different temporal frameworks.
