WHAT MAP is a structured decision protocol for consequential choices under uncertainty. It replaces earlier objective/subjective splits with a single options-based grammar: WHAT → OPTIONS → LENSES → VOI → COMMIT → LOG. Each option is examined through Evidence, Consequences, and Uncertainty; uncertainty is filtered by decision-relevance rather than vocabulary; value of information is assessed before commitment; and every decision is logged to build calibration over time. The framework operates in Personal Mode (regret and gratitude as weighted evidence) and Team Mode (roles, stakeholders, pre-mortem), with twenty-three optional modules across analysis, judgment, values, action, body-state readiness, and learning. It synthesizes established decision practices but is not empirically validated as an integrated system. Its objective is not correct decisions, which cannot be guaranteed, but decisions that are traceable, proportionate to uncertainty, reversible when possible, and revisable when reality contradicts their assumptions. A tool for clarity, not certainty. By Zarman Spain Diaz, v2.1.1.
