educational research, literature on the perspective of inclusion and
school experience from the voice of those on the autism spectrum is
uncommon. Research is robust and spans decades from the perspectives of
clinicians, administrators, educators, and researchers. Students on the
autism spectrum have experienced well-meaning inclusion practices that
have not felt inclusive
