The department held workshop on Theoretical and Numerical Challenges in Mathematical Aspects of Materials Science

On August 12-15, 2024, a group of researchers gathered at UA to participate in a workshop on theoretical and numerical challenges in the mathematical modeling, analysis, and numerical simulations of problems in materials science. This workshop was sponsored by our department as one of the research initiatives and was organized by Dr. Shibin Dai and Dr. Abba Ramadan.
