As we usher in the new academic year at Notre Dame Law School, International and Graduate Programs (IGP) is pleased to announce the new cohort of Global Visitors for the Fall 2026 semester. Every year, we host scholars and jurists from around the world, including faculty from our esteemed Notre Dame London Law Programme, academics from partner schools, as well as special guests and colleagues of our own Notre Dame Law faculty. Under Dean G. Marcus Cole’s leadership, the Law School has cultivated a dynamic global partnership program. At the time of publication, we have 13 partnerships with institutions across three continents, including 12 law schools and one high court. This Fall, we will welcome six scholars from five of our partner schools located in Brazil, Germany, Ireland, and Kenya. We are lucky to enjoy ever-deepening ties with our long-term partners, just as we continue to strengthen new relationships. Our honored guests this Fall include a distinguished international arbitrator, an expert in family studies and ethics, a consultant for top global organizations like the World Bank, and several other accomplished scholars across a diverse array of disciplines including privacy law, constitutional studies, financial regulation, and digital platform governance. We at IGP are so excited to welcome this cohort to our community and to help foster new connections and experiences through our Fall slate of global programming opportunities. A few of these incoming scholars will deliver courses on their areas of expertise, allowing students to enrich their schedules with studies in African Human Rights Law, Comparative Constitutional Law, and International Commercial Arbitration. In addition, this cohort will deliver workshop presentations, chair panel discussions, and provide mentorship to our doctoral students. As current events so frequently remind us, we live in an era defined by border-spanning crises and conflicts, and often the best solutions to these problems...
