ND Mexico builds bridges: 35 years of opening doors with COMEXUS Fulbright-García Robles

Emilio González arrived at Notre Dame in 1991—the same year the Comisión México Estados Unidos para el Intercambio Educativo y Cultural (COMEXUS) began administering the Fulbright-García Robles Program in Mexico—to pursue a doctorate in mechanical engineering.
