Traditional real estate services and freelance platforms suffer from high fees, centralized control, biased dispute resolution and limited transparency. This chapter proposes an AI-driven, blockchain-based decentralized system that tokenizes real estate assets and digital project outputs enabling secure, trustless commerce without intermediaries. Machine learning enhances the ecosystem through automated asset valuation, fraud detection and predictive dispute resolution, while smart contracts manage escrow, payments and asset verification. IPFS provides immutable file storage and DAO governance ensures community-driven dispute resolution augmented by AI-based anomaly detection. Built on Solana blockchain with Anchor Framework and Next.js interface, the system offers low-cost global transactions, enhanced security, user-controlled identity and NFT-based proof of originality. The proposed ecosystem improves trust and delivers a transparent, globally accessible platform showing use of AI and machine learning in global economic transformation in decentralized digital commerce.
