Addressing the century-old problem of turbulent intermittency, we present a rigorous parameter-free derivation of the scaling exponents for turbulent longitudinal structure functions, based on the ϕ(τ) spacetime and the physical upper bound of Lagrangian micro-rotation velocity ΩFluidMAX.
