This study explored job satisfaction and turnover intentions among certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) in a prominent Southern California health system. Job satisfaction and turnover intentions were measured using the Misener Nurse Practitioner Job Satisfaction Scale and Turnover Intention scales, respectively.
