In this study, the effect of an adaptive event-triggered control of a permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) based wind energy system is investigated. Firstly, the mathematical model of a fractional-order PMSG (FOPMSG) in the n-m reference frame is transformed to a dimensionless system through affine transformation and time scalings. Consequently after designing the controller using lyapunov function, the stability results are obtained for the systems with identical and different order using synchronization techniques. In simulaton part, two examples are demonstrated to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
