Boundary Time Readout, Condensation Progress, and the Resolution of the Hubble Tension Conditional Closure from the Central Complement Wilson Line to T = φ

This paper establishes the boundary-time readout theorem in Algebraic Quan tum Morphogenesis (AQM) and gives a conditionally strict explanation of the Hubble tension. Previous papers have established the finite spectral neck algebra, measurement by center splitting, the K-flow three-step condensation path, the Standard Model algebra, boundary-center response, the fourfold dark-energy sup pression chain, the boundary spectral closure functor, and the three-dimensional spatial spectral dimension.
