Paper α–ΩO: Support-Continuity Gating of Ordered Residual Memory in EPTA DR2 Same-System, Same-Band, and Same-Observatory Tests of Finite Timing-State Memory

Paper alpha-Omega O tests whether ordered residual memory in EPTA DR2 timing residuals is only generic same-pulsar row memory, or whether it becomes stronger when the earlier residual history preserves the same observing context.
