Design of high performance current control VCII using SC FGMOS and DTMOS techniques and their applications

Abstract This paper presents two new architectures of current controlled second generation voltage conveyors (CCVCII) with enhanced performance. The proposed circuits operate in class AB mode and employ Self Cascode (SC), Self Cascode Floating Gate MOS (SC FGMOS), Dynamic Threshold MOSFET (DTMOS), and Self Cascode Dynamic Threshold MOS (SC DTMOS) techniques.
