Weiwen's Law: A Quantifiable Framework of System Stability and Boundary Verification_Third Revised Edition
This paper proposes the Weiwen's Law formula M=(S×R)/(D×H) to quantify the steady-state level of systems. The core contributions of this revision are: revealing for the first time the dual effect of D-H transmission—that low H-value behavior not only reduces the D-value of the counterpart system but also accumulates irreversible S-value for it; and systematically elaborating for the first time the peak deduction capability under extremely low H-value conditions, providing a unified Weiwen's Law
