Representation Constraints and Structural Limits in BAS (v1.0)

This paper formalizes the representational boundary conditions under which the Branch Admissibility System (BAS) operates. It establishes that BAS does not assume normalization, convergence, or correction of representations, and instead treats plurality as a permanent structural condition. The paper defines false competition as a representational artifact and specifies the structural limits of BAS with respect to representation.
