Enhanced Sensing Enabled by Multi-Resonant QBIC-EIT and SP-BIC in Pyramidal LiNbO3 Metasurfaces

In optical sensing, electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) and bound states in the continuum (BIC) substantially enhance light–matter interactions by leveraging high-Q resonances.
