Operational efficiency analysis of tractor heads in container port construction projects in Viet Nam

This paper examines the operational efficiency of tractor trailer in container terminal construction projects in Vietnam using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) index. Tractor trailers play a critical role in moving containers within the terminal, but their efficiency has not been thoroughly evaluated. The study surveyed 159 terminals management personnel, focusing on four management functions: Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Results indicate that controlling activities h
