Against the backdrop of the global “human-rights turn” in environmental protection, incorporating environmental human rights into China’s Eco-Environmental Code to strengthen humanistic care is highly significant. From a human-rights perspective, this paper elaborates on the unique advantages of such a perspective in highlighting the humanistic dimension of environmental law.
