Galveston County inmate charged with murder after allegedly assaulting fellow inmate

39-year-old Crystal Walker was in custody for a probation violation related to the possession of a controlled substance when she allegedly assaulted 58-year-old Bessie Burgan, according to a social media post from the Galveston County Sheriff's Office.
