Facebook usually looks attractive to HVAC owners for one reason first: the numbers look cheaper. Lower click costs. Lower lead costs. More volume on paper. Then the calls start getting strange, someone outside your service area, someone asking a question with no urgency, someone who clicked but is nowhere near booking, and suddenly cheap does not feel efficient anymore.
