Hori, Keiichi: Meaningless Discussion on the Superiority Comparing Equality and Equity

This paper considers the concepts of equality and equity, and shows the meaninglessness of the discussion on the superiority comparing those abstract concepts. Those concepts are a matter of cost on the giving side. The performance depends on the case and the purpose. Neither is universally superior. The discussion on superiority is a waste, and the lack of understanding of those concepts is the cause. It is illogical to use similar words for different concepts.
