Why does this counting argument disagree with the accepted 1/6 solution – math.stackexchange.com

I recently encountered the following problem:

You roll a six-sided die and keep track of the sum as you roll, until the sum exceeds 100. What is the probability that the second to last roll is a $2$? ...
