This study explores the concept of “all-under-Heaven” as a framework for proclaiming Christ within Chinese culture. It employs the Pastoral Cycle method from the Federation of Asian Bishops’ Conferences (FABC), integrating historical- theological analysis. The research emphasizes the need for inculturating the Gospel within the Chinese notion of “all-under-Heaven” to address the societal impacts of Marxism, Leninism, and Mao-Zedong-Thought.
