Randall "Randy" Kolar, a member of the Hub's Hazards thrust and director of the University of Oklahoma’s School of Civil Engineering and Environmental Science, has been awarded the 2026 Medal for Excellence in Research University Teaching, one of the state's most competitive academic honors.
