Simon Brake, a third-year student at Notre Dame Law School, has been awarded first place in the Religious Liberty Student Writing Competition, sponsored by the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, for his paper, “Are Religious Nondiscrimination Clauses Religion-Neutral?”
