Why do users continue using a Takaful insurance app after initial adoption?This paper revisits that question using Arabic user-generated content from the Al Rajhi Takaful app.Drawing on 8,092 appstore reviews, we employ a sequential exploratory-confirmatory design.After screening and Arabicspecific preprocessing, 4,717 reviews were analyzed using topic modeling, sentiment-informed interpretation, and Elastic Net regression.The emerging findings indicate that system quality, information quality,
