The Influence of Generative AI Usage Styles on Creative Self-Beliefs: Findings from a Longitudinal Study in Design Education
This study investigated the effects of generative AI on Creative Self-Beliefs (CSB) through a longitudinal educational design. The analysis considered not only the presence or absence of generative AI use, but also specific usage styles and learners’ attitudes towards AI. The research was conducted in a third-year university course with three experimental conditions: no AI use, mandatory AI use, and optional AI use.
