Convolutional Neural Network and Genetic Algorithm for Crowd Flow Management with Congestion Reduction
This paper introduces an innovative framework for managing crowd movement through the use of a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to classify crowd density into four congestion levels and generate a congestion map. This information is then utilized by a Genetic Algorithm (GA) to determine safer walking routes that balance travel distance and congestion.
