Efficient Public Management for the Institutional Mission of Subnational Governments in Latin America

This study analyzed the influence of efficient public management on the fulfillment of the institutional mission of subnational governments in Latin America, using a quantitative approach, a non-experimental design, and an explanatory scope. The sample consisted of 370 actors linked to public management. The results showed a positive, strong, and statistically significant relationship between the variables (ρ = 0.9533; p < 0.05), as well as a high explanatory capacity of the model (R² = 0.908
