Abstract TRPV6, a calcium channel, is an oncochannel that is overexpressed in epithelial cancers, especially prostate cancer. We have observed that concomitant TRPV6 and AR inhibition is synergistic in prostate cancer cells resulting in a strong anti-proliferative effect.
