Nedaplatin induced QT prolongation with polymorphic ventricular tachyarrhythmia: clinical experience and review of literature

Nedaplatin (NDP), a cisplatin derivative, is widely employed in the treatment of solid tumours. Commonly reported adverse effects include hypersensitivity, myelosuppression and nephrotoxicity.
